For athletes, agents and teams

Fuel that holds up in week nine.

Weekly performance meal prep and private cooking for professional athletes — built to your dietitian’s numbers, not a trend.

Weekly prep

In-season, off-season, and the days in between.

A set menu each week, cooked in one session and packed to your macros. Portioned, labeled, and ready for a schedule that changes without asking.

In-season means lighter, leaner, and repeatable. Off-season means more range — family dinners, a steak on a Sunday, food that does not feel like a program.

  • Weekly meal prep, cooked and delivered on a fixed day
  • Menus built around your team or performance dietitian’s guidelines
  • In-season and off-season plans, adjusted as your training changes
  • Family dinners and house guests handled in the same kitchen

Discretion

Quiet by default.

No photos of your house, your plate or your family unless you ask for them. No names in my marketing without written permission. NDAs signed without a conversation.

Private homes, team kitchens and yacht galleys each have their own rules about who sees what. The job is the food, and the food is the only thing anyone should notice.

  • NDAs and background checks on request
  • No social posting from private homes or team facilities
  • Direct line to Matt, not an assistant
  • References from current and past clients on request

How it works

Three steps to the first prep week.

  1. Step 1: The brief

Dates, your dietitian’s guidelines, allergies, and the kitchen you have. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough.

  2. Step 2: The sample week

A menu built to your numbers, with portions and labels, back to you within two days. You approve it or we change it.

  3. Step 3: Prep day

I cook, portion, label and pack in your kitchen. One fixed day a week, or split around your travel.

Questions

What agents and dietitians ask first.

Anything else, ask on the phone. Send an inquiry and Matt will call.

Do you cook in our kitchen?

Yes. I bring knives and need fridge, freezer and counter space. A team facility kitchen works too, with permission from the club.

Can you follow our dietitian’s plan exactly?

That is the job. Macros, portions, timing and foods to avoid. Everything goes into labelled containers with the numbers on them.

How much lead time do you need?

One to two weeks for the first prep week. Forty-eight hours for a family dinner.

Will anyone know you were there?

No. NDAs on request, no photos of the house or the plate unless you ask for them, and no client names in my marketing without written permission.

Do you travel with the team?

With notice, and a kitchen at the other end. Short trips travel packed and cold.
